I'm Back...Well, Kind Of, Anyways...

Wow! After taking a 6 months unannounced hiatus from blogs, for whatever reason, my blog has a page rank of 4, which I think is really decent for doing absolutely nothing for an extended period of time.

For those of you who may have been offended by the unannounced hiatus...my apologies. I admit that there's not a whole lot I can add, as far as comments, at this time, to the current fiasco called the United States, or the soon to be, the United States of Socialist Republic(USSR), under Mr. Obama.

As far as Israel is concerned, it's perfect timing in the selection of their new Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. As long as the United States has Barack Obama as the U.S. President, Israel is going to need Mr. Netanyahu; In my opinion, with Mr. Obama in office, Israel has pretty much lost United States as an ally and with no one else to back them up, Netanyahu is really going to be tested, but I believe that Benjamin Netanyahu will weather the storms of ostracism from the rest of the world and keep Israel safe. Whatever it takes, Israel needs to do whatever means to protect herself, because no one else will, with the exception of the all-mighty Lord. Because Israel is the apple of God's eye (Zechariah 2:8), I know for a fact that God will protect Israel from those who go against Her.

Iran, Israel and Armilus-the Antichrist by Stephen Yulish PhD

Much has been written of late concerning the Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's claim that he had a mystical vision of the return of the 12th Islamic Imam, a child who disappeared in the year 941, who will be the Mahdi, the Islamic Messiah. When this Mahdi returns, he will reign for 7 years and then bring final judgment and the end of the world. Many Christians believe that he actually will be what the New Testament calls the Antichrist who will rule and reign for seven years during the Tribulation. It makes us all see more clearly not only how those left behind after the harpazo (rapture) will be deceived to believe that those Christians who disappeared to be with Jesus in the clouds were actually abducted by the mass of UFOs all over the skies, but also how those left behind will believe that the Antichrist who appears is actually the Messiah.

False prophets and messiahs have always been with us and the Bible warns us to be aware of them whether they are a Jim Jones or a David Koresh or the great Matraiya, or a Rev. Moon or the Lubuvitcher Rabbi Shneerson or the coming Mahdi. This warning is however especially important when it comes to Islam and Judaism because these are the very people who have rejected Christ and will be left behind to suffer together through these terrible yet deceptive times of Jacob's trouble, the so called Tribulation. Satan has deceived the Muslims to believe that their Messiah will come in the end times and rule for seven years and then will bring final judgment and the end of the world. We know from the word of God that it will be the Antichrist that will rule for 7 years and then be defeated by the return of Jesus Christ who will bring final judgment and the end of the world. Muslim doctrine on this Mahdi, which is not part of the Koran but actually is part of oral tradition, is the work of Satan to deceive them and not bring them to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Satan is alive and well in the mosques of today as he once was in the Catholic Church of the Inquisition and pogroms and the Lutheran Church of the Nazis. In both instances, Satan convinced the willing to persecute God's chosen people and to try and destroy them. Satan hates the Jews because the Messiah came through them and the word of God was written by them. Also, if he can destroy Israel then where will the end time Temple be rebuilt and where will Jesus Christ return to rule and reign for 1000 years? Islam speaks of the prophet Isa (Jesus) returning in the last days to help the Mahdi defeat the evil one. Thus Islam has the two major players involved in the end times, Christ and the Antichrist, but has them terribly mixed up and jumbled. They will be deceived.

Unfortunately, this discussion of the Messiah (Christ) and the Antichrist is not only limited to Christians and Muslims. Jewish tradition also speaks very clearly about the person called the antichrist. Neither most Christians nor most Jews have ever heard of this concept. An excellent summary of all the Jewish literature relating to this concept can be found in the Encyclopedia Judaica under the name Armilus. Armilus was the legendary Jewish name of the Messianic antagonist or anti Messiah.

According to the apocalyptic Midrashim, Sefer Zerubbavel, and the medieval sage Saadia Gaon's Midrash Ge'ullah and well as the Targum Pseudo-Jonathan there will arise a Messiah ben Joseph (the first of two Jewish Messiahs) who will be slain (pierced) by Armilus in the end times war of Gog and Magog prior to the time of redemption. He in turn will be killed by Messiah ben David the second Messiah. Jews say there are two Messiahs but it is actually one Messiah coming twice.

Midrash Ge'ullah states that "Satan Armilus is whom the Gentiles call antichrist but there is no proof of Christian influence." Imagine, the Jews claiming the antichrist for themselves and denying any Christian influence? That is amazing and ultimately so sad. The name Armilus is thought to come from the Roman name Romulus because the Jews hated Rome for destroying the Second Temple and decimating Jerusalem. The Encyclopedia Judaica states that Satan Armilus will have hold of the terrestrial world but Messiah will have control of heaven and eternal kingdom. Armilus's evil deeds are described in the Midrash Ge'ullah. He will be "the least of kings, son a bondwoman, monstrous in appearance". He will be born of a beautiful virgin, born of a stone. This was probably from a Roman legend by Virgil that in Rome a marble statue of a beautiful maiden formed not by human hands but by God was defiled by the wicked sons of Belial and would come and lie with her and impregnate the stone and thus create Satan Armilus. He will be 12 cubits tall and two cubits broad with a space between his eyes which are crooked and red. His hair is golden and the soles of his feet are green. He also will have two heads.

In my novel, Invasion: Israel, I created a fictional representative of this Jewish Antichrist, Satan Armilus, as a Dr. Sam Armilus, who embodied many of these characteristics.

My Dr.Armilus was of Jewish ancestry and was also a homosexual as the Prophet Daniel intimated. He will deceive the entire world into believing that He is God and will reign over the entire world. He will come with 10 kings together and fight over Jerusalem. He will slay Messiah ben Joseph and many other righteous men. Armilus will banish Israel to the wilderness and there be great distress for them and they will have to hide in caves. He will take the stone from which he was born and make her the chief of all idolatry. All will bow down to her and pour out libations to her. No one can look on her face for any reason. Is this the abomination of desolation mentioned in the Bible?

This marble virgin motif was a result of Virgil's story popular in Rome coupled with the Christianity story of the Immaculate Conception and the worship of images both of which the Jews rejected. At the end, Messiah ben David will come and defeat Armilus's 500,000 hosts and bring deliverance for Israel and the kingdom of heaven will come over the entire earth.

Once again this concept of the Antichrist in Jewish lore is one which is foreign to most Jews let alone most Christians. It is akin to the Jew who says that Jesus never existed because there is no record of him other than the New Testament. When it is pointed out that not only does the Talmud speak of Him but it talks of His being put to death for blasphemy and sorcery. "Jesus of Nazareth was going to be stoned for sorcery. A plea went out for anyone to plead on his behalf and nobody responded so he was hanged on a tree on the eve of Passover" (b.sanhedrin 43a. t.sanhedrin 10:11, g.sanhedrin 7:16. 67a). Moses Maimonides the medieval Jewish sage also spoke of Jesus in his Mishneh Torah where he spoke of "Jesus of Nazareth who aspired to be the Messiah and was executed by the court (Sanhedrin)". So the Jewish person must be shown that his assumptions about Jesus and probably likewise the Jewish Antichrist are false. Most Christians as well, will not believe that Jewish extra biblical Midrashim and legends speak of Satan Armilus as the Antichrist and that they claimed that it was not a result of Christian influence.

These medieval Jewish storytellers spoke of two Messiahs. The first Messiah, son of Joseph who will be pierced by Satan Armilus (sounds like Jesus doesn't it?), in the end time battle of Gog and Magog and then Armilus would be defeated by Messiah son of David (Second coming of Christ,) who would usher in Kingdom of God.

Many Jews will be deceived to believe that the appearance of Armilus, the Jewish Antichrist, is actually their Messiah. The Muslims will also be deceived to believe that the return of the Mahdi is their Messianic savior rather than the antichrist. Ironically both the Muslims and the Jews will be deceived in the end of days.

In my novel, Invasion: Israel, Dr. Sam Armilus (my character representing the Antichrist) works hand in hand with Azazel, the fallen angel extraterrestrial in his UFO, to not only keep the Jews and Muslims deceived as to the truth concerning the disappearance of the Christians into the air to be kept from harm by Jesus, but also to kill the witness of those who call out to Jesus by beheading them. Armilus and Azazel also collaborate to convince the world that the Israelis (Jews) are vermin that need to be eradicated by a massive tank invasion.

No matter what Ahmadinejad or Bush or Olmert or Putin choose to do, remember that the Persian-Russian invasion of Israel was spelled out 2500 years ago by the Hebrew Prophet Ezekiel. "When these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads because your redemption is drawing near", Luke 21:28.

Sarah Palin Dead Wrong on Israel

I write this blog entry with hesitation and sadness because I am a supporter of Sarah Palin. I do believe that she has the interests of the American people on her mind. In the VP debate, Sarah did a wonderful job putting Joe Biden on defense and clearly and passionately stated the issues that represents most of America. However, there is one issue stated by Sarah that I cannot allow to quietly slip by. Her policy and support for the two-state solution is downright dangerous for both Israel and America.

Here is the unfortunate statement made by Sarah Palin during the VP debate:

Israel is our strongest and best ally in the Middle East. We have got to assure them that we will never allow a second Holocaust, despite, again, warnings from Iran and any other country that would seek to destroy Israel, that that is what they would like to see.

We will support Israel. A two-state solution, building our embassy, also, in Jerusalem, those things that we look forward to being able to accomplish, with this peace-seeking nation, and they have a track record of being able to forge these peace agreements.

They succeeded with Jordan. They succeeded with Egypt. I'm sure that we're going to see more success there, also.

It's got to be a commitment of the United States of America, though. And I can promise you, in a McCain-Palin administration, that commitment is there to work with our friends in Israel."

NO! NO! NO! A two-state solution is NO solution. Let's say, theoretically, you are able to get the neighboring/occupying Arabs (or whom we affectionately refer to as the "Palestinians") to actually agree to a two-state solution; based on their adherence to the Islamic practices of Hudna, the resulting peace would be temporary. Within Islamic practices, Hudna is a form of a temporary peace/cease-fire which allows the Islamic terrorists time to build up their manpower/arsenal until such time they decide to attack their enemy, deceived by the false sense of security. Therefore, in this particular situation, as their Israeli neighbors are enjoying the temporary "cease-fire", the Palestinians would be taking advantage of the time to prepare for a future attack against Israel. It totally goes against the belief/philosophy of the Arabs/Palestinians to allow Israel (whom they identify as infidels) to continue to exist, unless they convert to Islam.

On another note, the land that the Palestinians want as their state is the land that God gave to the Israelites several thousands of years ago. Sarah Palin should know this and she should know the consequences of taking away the God-given lands from Israel. Sarah Palin is an Evangelical Christian and was formerly associated with the Assemblies of God, strongly pro-Israel. Granted that she moved to a different church/denomination, the Wasilla Bible Church, but this church is also a biblical based church. It is known that because of how she has grown in her faith within these churches, Sarah Palin is pro-Israel and sincerely wants to protect and defend the country and her people.

I don't know if Sarah lacks the understanding of the depth of providence of the country of Israel or what the scriptures warn about dividing Israel, but I hope that someone, very soon, talks to her about the anti-biblical nature of the two-state solution. I certainly hope that John McCain does not share this view, along with the desire to continue with Bush's two-state, Israeli "peace" process.

It would be highly beneficial if Mike Huckabee spoke to Sarah about the errors of her statements. Mike knows the truth and articulately stated his position to WorldNetDaily:

Huckabee: Let Palestinians create country 'elsewhere': "'Israel is surrounded by nations in various states of war with the Jewish state. Because of the limited footprint of real estate they have, it's not practical for Israel to give up any land. The two-state solution is no solution, but will cause only problems,' said Huckabee..."..."'There is only one place on earth where the Jewish people could have a homeland that is consistent with their roots, whereas the Palestinians can create their homeland in many other places in the Middle East, outside Israel,' he said."

Another good idea is for Sarah Palin to read a book by White House Correspondent, Bill Koening called, "Eye to Eye: Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel", which goes into extensive detail the consequences that has afflicted the United States as a result of President Bush's and other past presidents', role in the two-state solution.

I hope and pray that Sarah Palin has the humility to admit that she was wrong about the two-state solution and that she learns the truth.

Azazel, UFOs, and the End of Days by Stephen Yulish PhD

When my novel, Invasion: Israel, was released in late 2004, I had no idea how timely it would become. At that time, Israel had withdrawn from southern Lebanon and Prime Minister Sharon was talking of vacating settlements in Gaza and the West Bank in an effort to secure peace. Hezbollah and Hamas were thorns in Israel's side but they were content to send suicide bombers to blow up innocent Israeli men, women and children. The thought of rockets raining down on Haifa was unthinkable, and the possibility of rockets loaded with weapons of mass destruction targeting Tel Aviv was a thought too horrible to even consider. The war with Hezbollah last summer proved that horrible day was here. All of that is now a distinct possibility and the reality of the Muslim desire to wipe out the Jews from their Holy land is there for all to see. They do not want peace. They have never wanted peace. Just read Invasion: Israel and see how I wrote of a rocket that hits Tel Aviv filled with smallpox and kills thousands. Is life imitating art?

In my novel, Professor Jacobson is teaching a beginning comparative religions class at a local university. He informs the class that while he is Jewish and teaches Jewish Studies, he will try and be objective for this beginning, required lecture class. He is interrupted by a Libyan student, Mustafa, who tells him how his relatives lost their land to the Zionist invaders and how they would liberate those lands once again. When Professor Jacobson tells Mustafa that God gave that land to the Jewish people, Mustafa responds with the diatribe- "what is your God a Century 21 Agent?"

News arrives to the classroom that a huge earthquake has just leveled the El Aqsa Mosque and Dome on the Rock in Jerusalem. Mustafa believes that it was the Israelis and starts yelling "death to the infidels, death to the Zionists.jihad.jihad." The entire class is disrupted and the chaos begins. Soon afterwards, people suddenly disappear from all over the world. Prof. Jacobson looks on in wide eyed amazement as his Christian students are suddenly gone. Their clothes, jewelry, and any artificial devices on their person are left behind, but they are gone. The skies are filled with UFOs. In this sequel to my first novel, The Great Harpazo Deception, Azazel, the extraterrestrial, fallen, demonic angel continues his deception of those left behind. People are deceived to believe that their suddenly missing family, friends, enemies, government representatives and others have been abducted by the scores of hovering UFOs, rather than have been caught up into the clouds with Jesus.

A long range rocket slams into Tel Aviv carrying smallpox and tens of thousands die. The Israeli Prime Minister cannot be found and is feared to have been abducted. The Israeli Defense Minister gives the order to nuke Baghdad where the rocket was thought to have originated. Hezbollah, with Syrian backing, begins lobbing rockets from southern Lebanon into a wounded Israel, and Damascus is leveled by an Israeli nuclear bomb. America is also attacked as Los Angeles is devastated by a terrorist setting off a WMD carrying smallpox.

The President, Vice President and Secretary of State have all disappeared as have members of Congress, the military and thousands of government workers. The government comes to a standstill and cannot respond to the ongoing crises. Terrorists destroy the Washington Monument, the Statue of Liberty, the Hoover Dam, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Planted evidence left behind implicates the Israelis. Gasoline prices skyrocket and the Jews are blamed. The stock market crashes and there is a run on the banks and the Jews are blamed. Jews are crucified all over the world by gangs of Muslim thugs.

A yellow haired, pointed head scientist out of Switzerland, Dr. Sam Armilus, comes up with a cure for HIV/AIDS and he becomes a world hero in the midst of all the chaos. His charismatic appeal is so powerful that he becomes a world figure overnight. He gets on worldwide TV and says to America: "Beware of the Jewish menace. With all the Christians gone, the remaining people of the book are trying to destroy what is left of your country.We cannot let your nation be polluted by these vermin.They crucified the man of peace from Nazareth. We need to crucify them.our brothers in Al-Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the PLA have kept the armed struggle against these vermin alive.

The Jewish killing fields begin anew all across America and over the entire world. Professor Jacobson, his wife, and his remaining students experience all of this horror and eventually find themselves in Israel as the end approaches. Azazel, the extraterrestrial, cuts off the heads of anyone left behind who calls upon the name of Jesus. It works hand and hand with Dr.Armilus to kill the Jews and destroy Israel.

When the great earthquake leveled the Temple Mount area, the Israelis found hundreds of talents of gold and silver and a mass of precious stones buried underneath. This Solomon's treasure is worth billions and the fanatical Muslims want it as reparation for the destruction of Baghdad and Damascus. The Islamic Republics of the former USSR, along with Iran, Turkey, Libya and Sudan band together to create a tank armada that would invade Israel, destroy it once and for all, and take the spoil for themselves. Egypt and Jordan decline to participate and Syria is no more. A Russian General, a six foot ten, three hundred pound modern day Goliath with red flowing hair and huge white teeth, would lead them into battle. His mother had been an Afghani Muslim whom his father had met while the Russians occupied her country.

General Gogovitch yells:

"They are pigs and sons of monkeys. They deserve to die a cruel death. Death to the Jews, death to the infidels. We are finally ready to invade Palestine and recapture this land for Allah. For there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his prophet. We will crush the Jews beneath our treads and their blood will run all over the land until the entire country turns red. We will execute vengeance for all those holy martyrs that they killed. These vermin will be driven off of the land into the sea... We will sit on the holy Mount of Omar once again in Jerusalem, on the spot where Muhammad rode his horse to heaven, on the rock where Abraham was going to sacrifice his son Ishmael. We will avenge all the martyrs butchered by the Israeli infidels. We will set up Shari' a law all over the world. Roll over them and never look back. If you die a martyr for Allah, you will be in Paradise with 72 virgins.

The Islamic tank armada rolls into Israel at Metulla and then proceeds into KFar Giladi, Kiryat Shemona, Gonen, Rosh Pina, Ayelet Hashachar and finally approaches Safed. The Israelis are waiting there for a major battle and have their Merkaba main battle tanks and Apache helicopters ready. The skies have been filled with ash as volcanoes are going off all over the world thus grounding their air force. As General Gogovitch and his tank armada approach, the Israelis wait to engage them. Suddenly, some rockets are fired from amidst General Gogovitch's armada which contains nuclear material from Saddam Hussein 's supposed non existent arsenal of WMDs. The entire Israeli defense force is obliterated.

As the end of the Israelis and all of western civilization nears, General Gogovitch rallies his men once last time as his huge white teeth flash in the chilly sunlight.

"We will drive the vermin Jews into the sea once and for all. There will be no turning back this time. We will annihilate them all or die. This jihad is for our Palestinian brothers and our Iraqi brothers and our Syrian brothers whom these vermin have killed without mercy or regret.Let us see what their god will do to rescue them this time. He cannot part the Red Sea again to save them. He cannot bring forth another David to save them. He will fail this time because Allah is the only true God and Muhammad is his prophet. We will kill their men, women and children like they did to us in Jenin, Ramallah, Gaza, Kabul, Baghdad, and Damascus. They are pigs and sons of monkeys. They deserve to die a cruel death. Death to the Jews-death to the infidels.

The Miracle of the State of Israel by Amy J.

If anyone actually took the time to understand how the country of Israel, once again, became a nation after her people were exiled for about 2,000 years, they would not dare dispute who the land belongs to. If you truly understood their story, you would not dispute the fact that Israel is standing strong as a nation today is truly a divine act. Based on the odds that the Israelis were facing against during the wars/battles in 1948, 1967 and 1973, there is no way that the Israelis could have won these battles apart from the divine protection from God. If you believe the Bible/Torah, then you know that God does not break promises. As current events demonstrate, God still follows through with His word:

Now the LORD had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

During the times that the Israelis had to defend their land, many of the Israeli soldiers specifically cited what appeared to be unexplainable supernatural victories against their Arab enemies during certain battles. Others have legitimately stated they saw what can only be explained as angels from the Lord defeating their enemies. You might think this sounds crazy. But, whether you're a skeptic or not, you've got to see the documentary, Against all Odds, to see where I'm coming from.

On a side note, what is ironic is that Israel is one of the smaller countries in the world, yet there is no piece of land that is so highly disputed or inspires terrorism from a group of people, specifically the Arabs (The so-called Palestinians are Arabs; there are no such thing as a Palestinian people and I will cover that on a later post). According to the historical Biblical account, the Arabs descended from Ishmael. Ishmael's younger half-brother, Isaac, is where the Jewish/Israelis descended from; both were sons of Abraham. Now in this post, I am not going to go into the circumstances of the Biblical accounts of Abraham, Ishmael and Isaac. The only reason I mentioned this is to point out that the conflict between the descendants of Ishmael and Isaac stemmed from this Biblical account and is well over 3,000 years old. And of course, these conflicts are documented in secular historical accounts, as well. Amy J's Take on the First Presidential Debate

Newsmax.com – Why McCain Won the Debate: "There is little question that John McCain “won” the first debate last night. Perhaps he lost on points (arguments) and style (how could he beat Mr. Smooth?), but McCain “won” over the audience, the only victory that counts."

How any of those so called "pundits" could possibly think that Obama had the edge in last night's debate escapes any form of common sense. Yeah, Obama had the edge over McCain in being a smooth talker (and probably could have been voted "Mr. Congeniality") but as noted in the commentary by Christopher Ruddy, Obama sounded like your standard university professor. What is beside the point is that the vast majority of your standard university professors range from being a left-wing liberal on the moderate end to an outright Marxist/Communist on the other end of the spectrum. I agree that when you listen to Obama speak, it is difficult to decipher how he is different in both tone and philosophy from your standard university professor. But, the real issue is that I don't want to depend on a "professor" to run our country and keep us safe from those that want to kill us.

During the debate, Senator McCain successfully demonstrated his depth of experience and know-how to run this country both in the area of economics and military defense. For example, he reminded us how he attempted to share his understanding of military strategy with then President Ronald Reagan, as he voted against sending the U.S. Marines into Lebanon back in 1983 and tragically, McCain was right. About 300 Marines lost their lives in the bombing of their barracks. McCain also gave specific examples of how he has taken action to cut wasteful government spending as a U.S. Senator.

What McCain didn't have the time to mention is all that he's managed to learn from the successes and mistakes of former presidents and cabinet members and how he's managed to implement/support policies based on these lessons learned. Such as how Ronald Reagan fixed and boomed the economy after the catastrophic failure of President Carter's economic policies, the mistake of George H. W. Bush when he raised taxes after promising not to do so, the mistakes of Bill Clinton as he demoralized the United States Military by reducing the military budget and forcing them to fight in combat and military missions with inadequate resources and personnel, and finally, the further damage to the military caused by the policies and the incompetence of former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, as he mismanaged the military and the war in Iraq, while he tried to run the military like a corporation:

McCain blames Rumsfeld for missteps - John McCain News- msnbc.com: "Republican presidential candidate John McCain said Monday the war in Iraq has been mismanaged for years and former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld will be remembered as one of the worst in history."

Finally, what could Obama say after McCain candidly mocked the idea of sitting at the same table and having "talks" with the likes of Ahmadinejad with absolutely no preconditions?

"MCCAIN: So let me get this right. We sit down with Ahmadinejad, and he says, 'We're going to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth,' and we say, 'No, you're not'? Oh, please."

U.S. Involvement in Israel 'Peace Process ' = Devastating U.S Hurricanes?

Just approximately a week after Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice visits Israel and pressures them into signing a document that would divide Jerusalem (i.e., give away more land to the Palestinian State), we are once again in the harms way of an approaching hurricane that has the potential to be the most destructive hurricane in U.S. history. Call it coincidence if you want to, but there seems to be a pattern of the United States being afflicted by extremely devastating natural disasters every time we take major action to pressure Israel into giving up land. You may not see that as a big deal, but if you are a Bible believing Christian or a Torah observant Jew, then you should understand the warning that is in the scriptures regarding what happens when you try to take away land that was given to the Jews by God. The following 3 verses from the Bible explains God's position on Israel:

Now the LORD had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land,

Still not convinced? Let me try to put this into perspective based on what has occurred in the very recent past. The following is just a very small example of how the most costly natural disasters in the United States took place right after we have, one way, or another, pressured Israel into giving up land. Surely you recall the devastation caused by both Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005? Those disasters are just a small, but a very real and tangible example of how the U.S. involvement in the Israeli "Peace Process" has preceded costly devastation in the U.S:

1. August, 2005, the Gaza Strip is given to the Palestinian State Resulting in 10,000 Jews losing their homes
   • The Gaza pullout was completed on 8/22/05
   • Hurricane Katrina then strikes exactly one week later on 8/29/05
2. September 2005
   • Early September 2005, Secretary Rice visits Israel and directs that they must give up more land and go back to the 1969 borders.
   • September 2005, Hurricane Rita makes landfall in the United States.

This is an episode that I would love to see but can't because it isn't available anywhere online, except for this video clip and is not available on DVD nor will be shown on tv anytime soon. The VHS version sometimes is available at amazon.com marketplace, but only used and is pretty expensive. After seeing their companion website at http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/israel/, I really would like to see the show...after all, I am tired of the unreliable sources coming from the religious cults such as the Mormons and those who teach British-Israelism (British-Israelism groups have this crazy idea that the British and the American people are actually from the tribes of Ephraim & Manasseh with absolutely no historical/archaeological proof). Oh well...the 1.30 clip will have to do. :-(
